The TADP houses membership services which include training, development and access to resources designed to assist business growth/expansion. Supporting business development contributes to the development of communities through job creation which helps build a strong and inclusive economy.

Investing in Leaders of Tomorrow

Building future leaders of tomorrow is key to our economic plight. Youth Entrepreneurship is the bridge to equip young people with the skills and information needed to build businesses that impact job creation. Our programs provide exposure, experience and opportunity to high school juniors and seniors from diverse backgrounds. The Second Generation Minority Business Enterprise or 2GMBE programming has two components – 2GMBE Academy and the 2GMBE Business Conference Seminar. Both initiatives empower youth with business fundamentals, while exposing them to the unlimited possibilities of entrepreneurship!
