1. How much does it cost to purchase an exhibit booth?

Individual booths are available for B2C exhibitors only. These exhibitors will be a part of the Marketplace. Pricing and details for this year's sponsorships and packages can be found in our digital sponsorship book.


2. When is move-in day for exhibitors at Renasant Convention Center (255 N. Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103)?

Move-in day for exhibitors is Tuesday, September 10th, 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.


3. When is move-out day for exhibtors from the Renasant Convention Center (255 N. Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103)?

Move-out day for exhibitors is Wednesday, September 11th, 4:30 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.


4. When will I receive my exhibitor packet?

Exhibitor packet pick-up will be emailed to you as a part of the onboarding process after registration is complete.


5. What will be included in my exhibitor packet?

Your exhibitor packet will include the following:

  • Your booth assignment
  • Event App Details
  • Parking is available in the Exhibitor’s Lot for EXHIBITORS ONLY on September 11 & 12. Enter the Exhibitor’s Lot off of Front Street.

7. What if my company does not have a booth representatives available throughout the entire event?

While we encourage our exhibitors to have a representative available throughout the duration of the event, we ask that you consider having signage that states when someone will be present at your booth and/or detailing how to connect with you at a later date.


8. When is the event? Where is the event?

The event dates are Tuesday, September 10 through Thursday, September 12.

  • Tuesday is exhibitor move-in day.
  • Wednesday and Thursday are the dates for the live event which is open to the public.
  • The event will be held at the Renasant Convention Center (255 Main Street) located in Downtown Memphis, TN.
  • While the Exhibit Hall is Free to enter, parking is NOT included.

9. When will the exhibit hall be open?

The Power Zone (Exhibit Hall) will be open to the public on Wednesday, September 12 from 10:15 am - 4:30 pm.


10. How much does it cost to attend the event?

All attendees are able to enter the exhibit hall on Wednesday (9/11/24) and the seminars (9/12/24) are FREE of charge. However, to attend meal functions you must purchase a sponsorship, package or individual registration here.


11. I'm traveling from out of town. How do I reserve a room?

The host hotel is the Sheraton Hotel which is adjacent to the Convention Center venue.

12. What are the hours of the event?

The event hours on Wednesday, September 11th are 8:30 am - 4:00 pm and on Thursday, September 12 the hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm. Click here to review the full event agenda which can be found in our digital sponsorship book.


13. How do I purchase a Robert. R. Church Gala Ticket?

14. How does the Grab and Go Box Lunch process work?

There are four (4) menu options you are able to select from, which include:

  • Turkey Club
  • Honey Ham
  • Vegan Spinach Wrap
  • Chicken Caesar Salad

16. Where do I park and how much does it cost?

Parking is not included!

ONLY Exhibitors can park in the Exhibitor Lot. The fenced in lot that is adjacent to the Renasant Convention Center Parking Garage.

Attendees can park in the parking garage of the Renasant Convention Center. The cost to park is $10 per day. The entrance is located on Front Street. Parking is also available on streets around the perimeter of the venue.


17. Who can I speak with onsite if I need assistance or would like to make additional purchases?

18. How do I get access to electricity and Wi-Fi for exhibitor booth?
